COPD is noticed through a combination of symptoms and diagnostic tests. Symptoms of COPD may include chronic cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, and chest tightness. These symptoms are often noticed during physical activities and may progressively worsen over time. Diagnostic tests such as spirometry, chest X-rays, and blood tests can also help to confirm a COPD diagnosis by measuring lung function and ruling out other possible causes of the symptoms. If someone is experiencing symptoms of COPD, it is important to seek medical attention for proper diagnosis and treatment. **
